The nine-part documentary, "Operation Blue Star, The Untold Story by Kanwar Sandhu" is a pioneering work of its own kind in English and Punjabi which involves years of painstaking research and more than 150 interviews relating to the 1984 Army action in Punjab. The documentary was finalised when I was Director, CEO and Managing Editor of Day & Night News. The Documentary is being converted into a book shortly.
Besides, as Director of Free Media Initiative (FMI), I also oversaw the preparation of a one-hour documentary film "Ik Nasoor" - a poignant eye-witness account of victims of 1984 anti-Sikh violence.
